The City Mission, a Christian non-profit agency in Cleveland, Ohio is searching for an experienced Development Director. This position is responsible for all aspects of fundraising and marketing for The City Mission. Specific responsibilities include:
Strategic Development Planning
Manage a department and staff effectively and efficiently.
Provide leadership to identify new sources of funding.
Provide leadership for Capital Campaigns
Mobilize Board of Trustees in fundraising process and present reports at scheduled board meetings.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, will be experienced and skilled in all development related activities, volunteer program design and development, grant funding, major gift/planned giving and will be a mature Christian.
