Hotel
The CSA Steward Leadership Institute will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Union Station Indianapolis. The hotel is connected to the Historic Union Station and the RCA Dome. CSA has secured a special rate of $109 single/double/triple. To receive the special rate, reservations must be made by Tuesday, August 15, 2006. The rate is not guaranteed after this date, and higher rates may apply.
To make your reservation, contact the Crowne Plaza at 317/631-2221 and identify yourself as a CSA Steward Leadership Institute attendee. Individual guests must guarantee their reservations via credit card. Confirmations will be generated upon request. You may also book your room reservation online at the hotel’s Web site, www.crowneplaza.com/ind-downtown using the group booking code “CHS” to make sure that you receive the discounted group rate. Cancellations made within 72 hours may result in the forfeiture of one night’s deposit.

Meal Plan
Your registration fee includes tuition for the Institute as well as all meals from Tuesday’s dinner through lunch on Friday, excluding Thursday evening. Thursday evening is an open night for you to seek fellowship off campus. We encourage you to use this time to enjoy Indianapolis and network with other Institute attendees.
Spouse Program
Your spouse is welcome to attend the Institute for a fee of $275, which covers tuition and meals.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All Institute cancellations must be received in writing. Your registration fee (less a $150 processing fee) will be refunded if you cancel your registration at least 14 days prior to the Institute. No refund is available if cancellation is postmarked after August 31, 2006. Substitutions can be made up to September 9 with no penalty. Please keep a copy of your registration for your records
